What exactly does it do?

It provides users with interactive 3D visualizations of celestial bodies, allowing them to explore and simulate cosmic events. Additionally, the platform offers early alerts for hazardous objects, enabling users to stay informed about space risks and take preventive action when needed.

We aim to increase public awareness of space and its profound influence on human life. By providing accurate, real-time data in an engaging and accessible format, we hope to inspire a new generation of space enthusiasts, students, and researchers. Our goal is to contribute to space research, enhance preparedness for potential space threats, and make space exploration more inclusive and understandable for everyone.

What tools, coding languages, hardware, or software did you use to develop your project?
NEOD was developed using a combination of advanced tools and technologies:
- Programming Languages: JavaScript (including frameworks like Three.js), HTML, CSS.
- Software and Tools: Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms were integrated for data processing and threat detection. We also used real-time simulation engines to create the interactive visualizations.
- Data Sources: The platform relies on NASA's open data, as well as other space agency resources for accurate, up-to-date information.
- Design Tools : Canva was used for design elements and visual assets.
