Event Questions: For a question about your Local Event, please contact your Local Lead. Their contact information can be found on the Local Event page. To find your Local Event, go to Profile > Participant Information > Local Event.
For questions about the Universal Event, please email [email protected] and include “Universal Event” in the subject line. Please provide your team name and any other important information so that our team can answer your questions as quickly as possible.
If you encounter a web issue: If you encounter an issue with our website, including login or password issues, accessing your participant certificate, or others, please email [email protected]. To help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
- Include Web Issue in the Subject Line
- Your Email Address
- Your Username
- Your Participant Type: Participant, Local Lead, Other
- Your Team Name (if applicable)
- Details about the Issue
- Screenshots of the Issue
If you experience or see any behavior that goes against our NASA Space Apps Values: If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or any form of bullying during the NASA Space Apps Challenge, or have any other concerns, please contact your Local Lead and/or the NASA Space Apps Global Organizing (GO) Team at [email protected]. The GO Team will take appropriate action, which may include warning or expelling offending participants from the event.
