Our comic book project is about the habitable planet "Nassy". This planet is located in the star system N-58 in the Andromeda galaxy.

Using a scientific approach we came up with a unique world with its people, culture, and rich flora and fauna. To create our universe we used the principles of physics and astrophysics, data from astrobiology, biology, botany and chemistry.

We started the project with research. We analysed the exoplanets Ross 128, Trenist 1 A and Proxima B. We saw our goal as being to give as accurate and scientific data as possible. So we watched scientific videos about red dwarfs, and where there are similar stars that have gone through their unstable transition, as this is important for the origin of life. We found out the location of the nearest systems that have red dwarfs.

Through modelling and astrophysical data, we came up with a Nassy planet with tidal attraction. Using probabilities, we did biological research to populate our planet with life. This gave us creatures with different bases: silicon and carbon.

After forming the idea, we started searching for references and drawing sketches. We got 7 pages of interesting narration. Where we managed to convey not only the image of this planet, but also to create a logical narrative.

Then we started the line art and colouring of the pages. This was a labour-intensive process that took up most of our time. After that we added the text.

We chose comic book as the method of realisation, as it is accessible to all generations. And our project not only shows the planet and its inhabitants in a colourful way, but also has a logical narrative. This feature allows the viewer/reader to dive deeper into the story and get information that will interest him and encourage him to further research.

The dream of space has been stirring hearts and driving progress for many years now. We hope that in these 48 hours we have managed to realise the habitable world we have created.
