The power point is a very basic view of what we would like out Party Tool to look like.

We want it to be easily printed and shared as both a hard copy and through the internet, such as via link on a web page, through email and possibly social media Platforms.

The Party Tool contains information, ideas and instructions on how to organize a specific party based on the Psyche's 6 year journey to the Asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, and particularly to educate, inform and inspire individuals of all ages about the Psyche asteroid, which is made predominantly of metal and the impact this can have on our understanding of how planets are made, especially Earth.

The tool is simplistic in design and will be saved as a PDF document that can be downloaded and or emailed to ensure that the majority of the world can access it without the complication of different technologies and or affordability of resources.

Because its just a databased document more ideas, suggestions and even extensions can be added through the 6 year period, making it a valued resource. People can asses the document and print of only what they need, saving resources.

The document will cover 6 areas,

Invitations,

Decorations,

Food and Drink,

Games and Activities,

Gifts and Party favours

and finally a computer game.

Each section will have printable information that can be used as is, IE the investigations will be predesigned and simply need to be completed and printed off

For the other sections such as games and activities, these will be split into small, medium and large, sub headings, this will enable people to gage what activity they need for their party venue and audience, the ideas can be extended depended on the age of those participating. Education information will be shares for each activity to show what learning and relation it has to Space and or NASA, it will also have a description of how to complete the activity, a list of resources provided in the the party tool and those that need to be sourced. making it easier for planner to gauge if this is a suitable idea for their circumstances

The ideas suggested so far range from being suitable for primary school to A Level + and beyond, simply through extending creative activities, and providing further education information for them -meaning that even a non professional can provide education insight through instruction of a party activity.

Finally we wanted this to be an ongoing, rather than a one of event, something that can either be completed regularly or be the start of an activity that would update and show progress of the spacecraft, so will stay fresh in peoples minds.

This is suggested with the completion for the time capsules either as individual groups or by sending information to team to be share in 6 years time, and the computer game as an ongoing activity that is introduced at the end of party's. So a 6 year party so to speak.

The benefits of the data base is that people can look for what they need, access and print or email what they need. It can start creative thinking off for those who may not know where to start and it can help those who may not understand the scientific relationships to still learn, and inform others with the use of the specific educational guides. Taking the research time out for teachers wanting to create stem activities, and encouraging inquisitive minds who may ask education questions from the untrained/ unknowing.
